Elég sok a negatív kritika az Atmelről, vízfejű a cég, nincs stratégia,
a szél fújja az irányt, káosz, a menedzsment hatalmas pénzeket kaszál a
jutalmakkal miközben rosszul végzik a dolgukat, a többség nem javasolja
munkahelynek

A leggyakoribb
pozitív kritika, hogy egyszerű a meló mint a faék

"Retiring Company"
Senior Design Engineer (Former Employee)
Chandler, AZ
I worked at Microchip Technology full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – 1. The designs are small and simple with little to no
complexities involved which makes it perfect for an entry level designer
or a retiring employee.
2. There is no word called "Deadline" in microchip dictionary which
makes your life easy.
3. If you ever want to know what "stability" or "job security" means,
take a look at Microchip.
4. Wonderful colleagues and fun filled environment.
Cons – 1. PAY? It's a big joke here. For an entry level/senior engineer,
it is at least 20-30% less than industry standard.
2. 401k/Bonus? Don't even mention it.
3.The MCUs don't require any state of the art design and hence the
company is stuck with outdated technology. I don't think it would ever
change.
4. Lot of engineers with poor technical knowledge.
Advice to Senior Management – Be willing to pay what one deserves and
match the industry standards. Else the remaining good ones will also
leave pretty soon.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
