Out.

Most hirtelen az USCG rádiókézikönyve van előttem, az a következőt mondja:

End every transmission with one of the following prowords:
OVER  - Recipient response required.
OUT - No response required.
WAIT  - Use for pauses that require only a few seconds
WAIT OUT - Use for pauses that requiremore than a few seconds.

De igazad van, "Over and out" kifejezés hivatalosan nincs, tehát azt nem
lehet jól használni.
