I, Mallam Arzika Gega, a director in the Contract Award Department of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) have been mandated by two of my colleagues in the same department to seek for a trustworthy person like you overseas to stand as a beneficiary to the outstanding contract claim of twenty one million U.S. dollars (US$21m) only.

The outstanding sum was over-invoiced bill realized from contracts we awarded to foreign companies some years back from the budgetary allocation to our corporation. The contract was executed, commissioned and the contract value paid to the contractor hiding the over-invoiced sum of US$21m floating in the corporation's code account with the apex bank of Nigeria, to our knowledge alone as he did over-invoiced the contract value to our benefit as we almost due for retirement in some years to come.

Because the Nigerian Civil Service laws does not permit us to apply for the release and receipt of the payment with our names, it became mandatory for us to look for someone overseas to be part of the business. That is why you have been contacted after your contact information we secured from our Chambers of Commerce in Abuja.

We have already agreed to have the fund shared as:-
75% for us here
20% for you
5% will be set aside for the upfront expenses from both side
