A PicKit2 firmware licenszben az alábbi szöveg azt jelenti, hogy a 
firmware csak PIC mikrokontrollerre tölthető fel vagy csak annyit 
korlátoz, hogy PIC mikrokontroller programozására használható fel?
Vagy mindkettő, azaz csak PIC-es programozóval PIC-et.
