Ja, azt írja 10k-ig ok:

"Microchip, may in its sole discretion, allow the use of its VID and assign
a PID. The use of this license is limited to initial production of 10K
units and assigned with these VID/PIDs. Once the 10K limit is exceeded, the
license expires and a new VID/PID must be acquired from
USB-IF<http://www.usb.org/developers/compliance/>
