(Elkuldtem az Elektro es az Elektro-etc listara is, mert fontos lenne 
nekem. Leto, legyszi, ne irtsd ki! Ha kell, majd atkoltozunk vele az 
etc-re. Koszonom!)

Egy ismerosom tulajdonaban levo ceg kb. 20 eve birtokol egy domain 
nevet, legyen most ez a peldaban "mi-cegunk.com". A ceg az egesz vilagon 
kereskedik ipari nyersanyagokkal, a nev jol bevezetett.

A napokban kapott egy levelet egy kinai providertol (legyen a neve most 
Mr.Chang), ide masolom (lehagytam az udvariassagi formulakat):

Ma ez jott a magatol "ferdeszemu" cegtol:
We are "ferdeszemu" company based in China. We will register the 
"mi-cegunk" as internet keyword and CN domain names .cn, .com.cn, 
.net.cn, .org.cn. We have handed in our application and are waiting for 
Mr. Chang's approval. We think this name is important for our business 
in Chinese market. Even though Mr. Chang advises us to change another 
name, we will persist in this name.

Az ismerosom ma ezt valaszolta:
We do not give our approval to the use of „ind-rs“ as internet keyword 
as we are afraid of confusions.
We protest against your intended step and call you to look for a 
different keyword.
We will inform our provider immediately.

A kerdesem ezek utan: hivatalosan mi a teendo? Megengedett ez?

Ha jol ertem - bar nem vagyok ebben sem biztos -, a kinai ceg a 
kovetkezo nevet szeretne regisztraltatni: "mi-cegunk.com.cn". Megteheti? 
Mit lehet ellene tenni?

Nekem az az erzesem, hogy jogilas sajnos megteheti, azonban megis elegge 
komoly konfliktusokat okozhat ez az ismerosom uzleti eleteben. Pl. gugli 
kereseskor, ha valaki mondjuk keres egy ceget, de nem jut eszebe a neve 
(vagy domain tipusa), csak arra emlekszik, hogy a ceget "mi-cegunk"-nek 
hivjak.
