Hello,

ELS, an American luxury goods firm, is currently searching for secretarial assistants/sales support agents within Hungary to work at home, to boost sales force and add quality to our service dedicated to individuals, enterprises, and organizations worldwide.

This job focuses on running daily, weekly and monthly tasks and singular projects related to the sales support for sales in Hungary.

Primary duties include:

- Assists the Sales Department in a support role performing special projects, records entry and other responsibilities as assigned
- Maintains tracking spreadsheet for purchases and payments
- Provides common administrative support including drafting of mail, processing purchase orders and expense reports etc.
- Emails correspondence every day

Hours: You can be hired for full time or part time position. Your schedule can be flexible.
For part time - you will have to spend on average 3 hours per day, Monday-Friday.

Salary: Base pay for part time is 210,000HUF a month plus 5% commission from every successfully completed transaction with a customer.

Location: This is a work at home position. All communication will be online. While training/tryout period assistance will be provided by phone.

Requirements: You need to have a PC, Internet access, Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of English and motivation.
