Valoban nem kell. Egy egyszeru parhuzamos portos letoltovel tudod
programozni (keress ra). Chipcad-nel lehet kapni PLCC tokosakat, azzal
nagyon egyszeru osszedobni a prototipust es olcsobb is mint az FPGA
(foleg ha a leglassabb altipust valasztod).
