If you ever have had this kind of error, can't download email, post, or read
newsgroup... then I solved the problem, this is due to ZoneAlarm or program
that act like it, some "protection" (firewall) remain active when ZoneAlarm
is closed... so... reopen ZoneAlarm (or program that act as firewall) set
all the security options to block "nothing" then, close that program. After
that... you (without rebooting winxp) will be able to access, read, post,
newsgroup and emails... :)))
