Letter of intend from Hungary was sent well ahead of this meeting to the Chairman. 
Time Window: End of June /beginning July 2005
Short before the meeting, N. Ireland presented also their letter of intend. 
Time window:  Beginning of August 2005
	
Vote: 16 Nations for  Hungary, if they present a budged with acceptable conditions. 
N.Ireland will jump in for 2005 if there is an request from the IJMC Board.
The letter of intend from N.Ireland will remain valid for the Jet WM 2007
