Alkatreszmintak es VAT

Vagy ketoracskat turkaltam a Texas Instruments honlapjan, egy-ket igeretes
kutyut betettem a sample kosarba. Aztan a kuldemeny veglegesitese elott
figyelmeztet, hogy a celorszagba erkezeskor (Magyarorszagra kerem a
mintakat, Romaniaba nem kuldenek) gond lehet, szepen pirossal kiemelve a
VAT-os reszt:

" TI pays the shipping cost and the cost of import duties for the sample
shipment.VAT may be assessed in the destination country and will be C.O.D.
This will vary by country and be based on the Fair Market Value declared
for this shipment. If the recipient is not willing to accept this charge,
then this order should not be placed."

Hogy is van ez, most majus 1. utan? A VAT az tulajdonkeppen A'FA? Ha kerek
mintakat a TI-tol, akkor ezt ki kell fizetnem a Magyar Allam fele? Es
vajon hany %-a a kuldemeny ertekenek? Es a kifizetese vajon hogyan
tortenik? Az UPS kihordoemberkeje intezi (UPS-el kuldene a TI a csomagot)
?
Es ezentul a tobbi cegektol (pl. AD) jovo mintakra is le kell a VAT-ot
perkalni? Mert akkor en hulye, miert nem csinaltam ezt korabban... :(
