Hasonlo gondokkal magam is kuszkodok. Hogyan lehet megtudni a lehetseges 
  neveket amik pillanatnyilag elerheto portok a rendszerben ?
Nekem pl. most az eszkozkezeloben 9 port latszik de a CreateFile csak 
com1,2,3 illetve LPT1-re ad kezelot.
