ATX csatlakozó szétszedése

Avagy az alaplapra menô csatiból hogyan lehet kiszedni a kábeleket 
sarustúl, úgy hogy vissza is lehessen tenni? Van 2 kicsi pöcök az saru 
oldalán ami megakadályozza a kicsúszást hátra, viszont nem lehet 
hozzáférni.

Valami ötlet? Célszerszám?
