Hozzáférés engedélyezése

Sziasztok!
Az ELEKTRONIKÁRÓL is szóló honlapomon szeretnék egy számláló elhelyezni,
ehhez engedélyeznem kell a php-progi számára az írást. Próbáltam CHMOD-dal,
de ezt írta ki:

Egyébként meg a számláló futtatása során:
