Nincs valakinek 1-2db SO8 tokos dual logic level FETje?
Olyasmi mint az IRF7311.
Ilyen keveset nem akarok rendelni, es ki tudja mikor erne ide.
Bontott is jo. N-chn, Rds max 100mohm, a tobbi mindegy.
