Hi Arnold,

This is an MPLAB issue, not a compiler issue.
The DLL needs to be re-registered. There is a bat file to do this, refer
to Microchip website.
Or try Start>Run this, exactly including the quotes:
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\MPLAB IDE\dlls\MPProgram.dll"
