Ez korrekt! :))) Itt tudod a meglevo holmit editalni.
Ha meg rajzolas kozben vagy, akkor a Settings/drill menuben beallithatod az 
alapertelmezett ertekeket.

Ez valoban csak a library-ben editalhato. Az Eagle site-on van egy-ket 
hasznos utility, ezzel egyszerubb:

This ULP converts pad shape, pad diameter, drill size for an opened 
Library. I prefer to use SQUARE pad for Pin 1 and ROUND for remaining. I 
also have a preferred diameter and drill. This ULP is easily modified to 
match user needs:
