FET pusztulas

Sziasztok!

Nemreg iratkoztam fol a listara, egy par szoban bemutatkoznek: Losonczi
Roland vagyok 26 eves es a godolloi Sony gyarban dolgozom a szakmaban,
nagyritkan szoktam otthon is buheralni, elsosorban hangfrekis cuccokat,
auto/motor elektronikat,  kapcs. uz. tapokat.

A FET-es problemara visszaterve szerintem a kikapcsolaskor keletkezo
feszultsegimpulzusok szurjhatjak agyon a FET-eket.
Lehet, hogy megoldana a problemadat, ha tennel a motor csatlakozoi, es a
tapvezetekek koze egy-egy (osszesen negy) gyors diodat zaroiranyba ami a
motoraram kikapcsolasakor keletkezo feszultseglokeseket nem engedne a
tapfesz fole ill. ala. Persze ezutan ajanlatos tenni egy kondenzatort is a
tapra, kozel a motorhoz-hidhoz. 
Nemarthat megvizsgalni a PWM vezerlest is, hogy van-e biztonsagos tavolsag
idoben az egyes hidagakban talalhato FET-ek nyitasai kozott, plusz hozzaadva
a FET ki-be kapcsolasi/kesleltetesi idoket is (eros motorterheles alatt),
mert ha osszenyit a ket FET akkor rovidrezarja a tapot es nem biztos, hogy a
bizti meg tudja vedeni oket. (50%-ot soha nem erheti el a PWM kitoltesi
tenyezoje az egyes FET-eken)
