integrated circuits from Hungarian production from 80´s...

Hi!
I prepare two books to print now and one from these it is "Analog integrated
circuits from production of Tesla and other factories of KGST in review of
applications". I cann ´t find from any librarian loans any dates of two
hybrid integrated circuits from REMIX´s production of Hungary from 80´s last
century which they were applicated often.
Could help me somebody? I need their scanned pages (datasheet) from
catalogues or reference to some Hungarian big journal.

The ones are:  HDS51, HAU51
